Toxic Water in Fishtown and Kenisgton

What stood out to me when we were writing the info graphic is the fact that there is a huge lead problem not just with the buildings and the paint but evolving water as well, and that its not just in one city but multiple. One thing I do wonder is if the Mayor or any other people in power will do anything to stop this lead problem in people's water supply.
