Art 2

My art work represented Bangladesh. I currently visited my family in Bangladesh which was very interesting.I wanted to draw an eye because I wanted it to represent all the interesting things and places I saw in Bangladesh. In my artwork, I drew the eye area and in the eyeball, I colored it in with the Bangladesh flag colors. While doing this portrait, I wanted the focus to go on the green and red which was in the eyeball that represented the Bangladesh flag. I drew the whole eye with pencil first, then I shaded with acrylic pencils to have lighter shading and darkening shading and for the eye ball, I used colored pencil. The eye portrait is an actual picture that was taken of my eyes, but in the actual image, it should reflection off my eyes, so I changed that to the Bangladesh flag to make it cultural and something meaningful to me. First I drew the eyes looking at the actual image, then I started shading in the lighter part of the eyes, which was crease and eyebrows, then I moved on to the darker acrylic pencil which helped my shade in the inner eye and the end of the eyebrow. I used my fingers to blend and smudge. After everything on done of the shading, I continued on to color the eyeball. I am proud of myself because I think I did good and this is something meaningful to me. If I could change something, It would be to add more color.
