Breyanna Gomez's Capstone.

For my 2020 senior capstone project my focus will be on the all around world wide issue climate change / global warming. Ever since my sophomore year in english and environmental science I’ve been intrigued by climate change. Reading articles, seeing activists and witnessing the vital changes of our environment, I've made it my mission to be one of the many to contribute in making a change starting in my community. When looking up “how do I contribute to helping global warming you see things like “Invest in energy-efficient appliances”, “Power your home with renewable energy.”, and “Weatherize”. What does things even mean? For a teen like me what can I really do ? How do I have access to certain sources ?. With my capstone project my essential question is “How can I contribute within my community to fighting against climate change? With limited resources, without big investments, and tons of money.
