Computer Science Screencast
For the computer science project objective was to complete all of the lessons in CodeHS and then record a screencast of myself completing one of the exercises. I had hoped to learn how to code better while doing. So, first I had to go through a bunch of lessons that built on top of each other and then I had to complete an activity using all of the code I learned. I was stuck on a lot of lessons, but I eventually did get pass them. I did learn more about coding more importantly using functions it makes everything easier and it really makes the code look neater. I learned that if I do this enough that I will eventually become really good at it. If I had to do it over again I would try to do all of the sections on my own instead of getting help from other. Troubleshooting is your best friend when you do code and you need to slow down Karel’s actions, so you can actually see your mistakes. This project inspired me to actually sit down and do code since it’s something that I might pursue a career in this. The tool helped me convey the message because it taught me different things that I needed to do to complete the lesson.
