Oil refineries in South Philly

Our benchmark was about oil refineries in south Philly. The video talks about how many people with health issues especially children are affected by them. We then talk about how Mayor Jim Kenny plans to make Philly a green energy city by the year 203. Next, we talk about how and why businesses use these refineries, but they are just simply not safe for the public. Lastly, we talk about 3 politicians who are helping to stop oil refineries across Philly I contributed to the benchmark by answering research questions and finding evidence to support them and gathering some pictures to go along with the audio. Something that I did well was given good emotion during my part of the video and facilitating in my group. Something that I would do differently is to help out more with the editing portion. The most meaningful part of this benchmark to me was the ending because I really would love to see Mayor Jim Kenny stick to his word about getting rid of oil refineries and going to green energy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFyUPMLg60g
