Public Health, Prescription Drug Overdose

In this project, we were required to research a particular topic about public health, and create a video to bring awareness to the topic. My group picked prescription drug overdose. With 70,000 lives taken each year, this epidemic could create higher death rates in this country due to the ease of access through technology. Teenagers are also getting pulled into this epidemic. I believe that this is one of the problems that is needs a solution right away. If not, countless lives will be affected, not just the death of these individuals on their own, but also the people around these individuals.
