For my post-secondary plans, I hope to go to an HBCU and graduate with a degree in business and use that to become a real estate investor.

I think it's really awesome how many plans you have for college, I definitely haven't figured that much out yet. Would you want to stay around here to buy/rent/sell houses? I also really like your picture of the butterfly and the cocoon to represent change.
