What stood out to us in this is the fact that its majority around the “low income” parts of Philadelphia. This showed us that the wealthy areas are the ones that have houses that are in great condition and the landlords care about their jobs, unlike the ones that have low income. I feel as though this not fair. Just because they do not have as much money as others do not mean that they have to suffer, the landlords should their jobs despite the renter's income. Due to the lack of money means their children have to develop health problems? That is not fair.
