A Better Moo for You

Dairy, it is something a lot of us are dependent on. How do dairy farms work, and are they working sustainably? Those two questions were the main focus of our project, and what we found was very shocking. In our presentation, we will go over what we found. Overall, we learned how the dumping of cow manure into freshwater sources destroys the life systems in it. That would the hydrosphere! Which goes hand in hand with the biosphere, due to the living bacterias and fish that would be hurt by it. In our presentation we addressed our third essential question, by finding new, and better ways, to reuse cow manure, and not dumping it in terrible places, the business itself can become more sustainable. Cows do emit greenhouse gases that harm our climate, but when the manure of cows gets recycled, it is cut down and helping out our earth. Allison and I create a visual to show what our cows would look like on our farm. She laser cutted the board, and our beautiful cows. I created the vinyl details as you can see.
