Alzheimer's Disease

As we completed this project I learned a lot more about Alzheimer's Disease that I didn't know before. I was aware of it, but I treated it like how one would treat every other disease. Alzheimer's taught me the importance of brain diseases and why it is imperative that we find a permanent solution so that the millions of people affected won't have to live this way. I learned how it doesn't just affect the nervous system but it affects the way you eat and walk which are the day to day necessities. I hope that one day this disease will be cured and so far scientists are trying their best to make that happen.
