Global Water Crisis

Is the global water crisis an environmental justice issue? Why or why not? in honesty it can I won't say it inherently is but t can be. The global water crisis can really affect anyone but what makes it environmental justice is how ofter it may affect minority groups like people of color or Hispanic. And while it is true to say that they are more often affected especially people in low in the come area it is still problem people everyone can face and will begin to face. Meaning that while it can be an environmental justice issue it isn't always is.
