The internet has changed communication because now people can converse through apps such as dm’ing and chat rooms.
Define Immediacy, Permanence and Lack of Control as they pertain to the Internet and explain how Immediacy, Permanence and Lack of Control affect both our offline and our online identities and lives. Include at least one example for each.
Immediacy - After posting something you can delete it ask quick as you might want to but people could have already seen the post and screenshotted it. Posting someone's worst birthday picture and deleting it whenever you want.
Permanence - After posting/commenting you have no way of getting it down.
Lack of Control - After posting/commenting you have no control to erase anything. Saying someone is a b#!%$* on instagram and the someone sees it and threatens to get the cops involved and they cannot delete it.
What are two ways that you can actively manage and protect your identity and your reputation online? (one of each)
To avoid your reputation being ruined, you can make your page private, block any users you do not want to view your account. You can make an appropriate, professional account for users you know are the business type.
Answer the question: “Does the Internet have rules?” Use at least one specific example.
In my opinion, the internet does not have rules. “Logging on to a website not for young eyes, the website might ask for some identification making sure you are of age to probably view or watch the inappropriate videos/pictures.”
Define cyberbullying in your own words.
Cyberbullying - attacking someone, stalking a user or posting something that is not appropriate, posting embarrassing things.
Describe at least 2 kinds of cyberbullying and why they are considered cyberbullying
Stalking a user.
Harassing a user.
Provide advice for: victims, bullies and bystanders of cyberbullying
Begin blocking users you are not comfortable with seeing your things.
Report any negative things you dislike.
Notify the website director.

Use internet manners.
Report any abusive ways people are being rude.
Acknowledge the greatness of the website or app.
