Multitasking and Cell Phone Addiction
The goal of this project is to be more conscious of your own phone use as it relates to research around learning, brain function, and addiction. In conclusion, I think that we are more addicted to our technology than we think we are. Many of my peers thought that Apple’s average of 80 was high, but some exceeded over double that amount. Some ways to limit your cell phone use are to create no-phone time zones, turn it off when you get into the car, and stop using it before you go to sleep.
