Q2 Biochem Benchmark Reflection

In this benchmark, we covered the Cell Cycle, as well as the stages of Mitosis and Meiosis. For the creation process of this video, we used the following materials, play-dough, iPhone, Life Lapse App, and iMovie. Throughout the project, I contributed by using my notes and knowledge about the cell cycle and the different stages to accurately plan and create physical models about the different processes. In addition, I also helped shape and create different components of the cell cycle, Mitosis, and Meiosis using play-dough. Overall my group thoroughly and accurately showed the process and components of the Cell Cycle, Mitosis, and Meiosis in a creative and intellectual manner. Which allowed us to be successful and reach the end goal of our overall plan. I believe we could've improved our explanation of each step throughout our voice over, even though we summarized it pretty well and highlighted the important parts. The most meaningful part of the project was the ability to collaborate with my peers in a way that helped further my understanding of the concept.
