Toxic City

When reading “West Philadelphia” by CEET talks about how it had many hazards such as asthma in children, lead poisoning, chemical exposure from former industrial sites. This is great on how they are helping people find out how to prevent many of the causes. They have been hosting many health fairs to help out kids be aware of their surroundings and maybe alert parents. Philadelphia has 2-3 times higher asthma rates than any other Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. By gathering a lot of staff helps people know how to prevent problems. Been wanting to read much more about the article wondering if they may change in the future.
