Social Media Survival Guide

I think I am still me when I am online, I'm seen as a boy who likes The Hunger Games, Divergent, The Maze Runner, Spongebob, Doctor Who, and many others. A Fanboy.

I don’t know how people perceive me, if I was to guess I would say maybe a geek? I don’t know.

Before posting online I think about who’s going to see it currently. For example, my friends and family. I don’t think about who might see it in the future.

The pros for sharing online is it’s easy for people around the world to get information faster and you can have fun with friends and family members. The cons for sharing online is everyone can see what you are doing, little gets deleted and your things can get hacked.

Lack of Control, Permanence, and Immediacy have an impact on our online lives in many ways. One of the ways is that anything you post will stay on the internet forever. So anyone can see what you did and they can judge you by the things you have posted. People can look at things you posted and your profile and think they know you. They will think about you based on your internet reputation even though that’s only half of who you really are most of the time.

I really like how you said described how you would be seen on the internet. What are three tips you have for the internet. I think I would be perceived the same way you would.
