I created this project because I wanted to try something new and I wanted to challenge myself.
My overall vision for the work was to precisely excel a limited palette painting. I wanted my
audience to figure out that I was doing a limited palette painting by looking at my painting. I
think I achieved my goal which was to do a great job of portraying a limited palette art piece. My
current work relates to my previous work because in all my art work i tried to challenge myself
by trying something new. My process of this artwork was first I drew a sketch of my art work.
Then I picked out my colors. Next I mixed up my colors then colored. Then I put my artwork on a
canvas then painted it. A new technique I used is mixing colors. I never mixed colors in any of
my other artwork.

Project 2-Mixed Media
I chose this because I felt like this was the most challenging project on
the list and It was different. I was hoping to capture the three different media’s in my project and really be able to bring them out. I think my work communicates to the viewer because I drew something everybody likes. I hope to do good as an outcome of this project because I never did something like this before.
This relates to my previous work because in my previous work I went
outside of my comfort zone and tried something new. I gather my materials first which was difficult because I couldn’t find three different media that was going to work on the board I was using. Then I sketched out my sunset on the board. Then I painted the ocean first.I used acrylic blue and white paint. Next I filled in my sun with 2 different color constructions paper yellow and orange. Lastly I used a white substance and filled in my palm trees then I went over it with color pencil brown and green so it can really show.
My world could impact the world because It could make people want to try something new. A new technique I experienced with was using construction paper to fill in my sun I always used marked or coloring pencils, etc.
Color Wheel
My overall vision for this assignment was to create something colorful and pretty. I expect
that my audience will like how visually appealing and creative my color wheel is. I think they will react in a positive way. I did a colorwheel last year. The one I did this year I felt that it wasn’t an improvement from last year. I was rushing this one and didn’t really put a lot of effort into it than my previous one.
It fit with the current contemporary art because the art nowadays is always so creative
and appealing and I think my color wheel has those same qualities. My art fits in with the history of art practice because a lot of art I saw in my lifetime was multimedia art and I think my art is that to because I used sharpies paint coloring pencils and markers. My work fits in with the series of projects I have done because they were all creative and colorful. My artwork relates to other artist because artist try to create something that is eye catching and I think I was trying to do that with my color wheel. A new technique that I learned is easily get your design on the board and you can do this by using the blue tracing paper.
In this project I felt that artwork is colorful and pretty. Also I think it is visually appealing
and creative. I hope to attract a lot of people with my artwork. I may not have put all my effort into it like I did with my last color wheel but I did try to make it have a great outcome that people will like. I chose the flower design because I flowers are pretty and a lot of people like flowers.Math Behind My Spiral Of Theodorus
Creating the spiral of theodorus was really simple all you have to do is make a dot in the center of a page and measure one length. The you would use a protractor then line it up the the end of the first line then at 90 degrees mark a dot then draw a line to connect it. You would repeat those steps over and over. The math was easy all you have to do is use the Pythagorean theorem which is a^2 + b^2 = C^2.

Smore Tutorial
For my quarter 4 project in Tech class I decided to Make a tutorial on how to use and create a smore. When I first started using smore I found it really easy to use.However someone else might find it difficult to use so I wanted to do something about that.In my smore I talk about the basic steps to using smore and I even show a flyer I did previously for my English project.I hope people watch my tutorial and actually gain from watching my video.I could have done a tutorial on any other topic but I think smore is a important tool in High school. I think it's an important tool because when you go to a technology based school a lot of your work and projects is online so creating a smore can be a simple and easy thing to do for small project. Smore can be used for many other things other than school related stuff. If you want to create a flyer to spread awareness about a topic or event smore is a great website to use.I hope this tutorial teach you a lot about smore and most importantly teach you how to use and create a smore.

Primary Election Volunteer Experience
My experience volunteering with the committee of seventy was surprisingly a good
experience.At first I thought it was going to be a bad experience because I didn’t want to spend my day off volunteering at polling stations but i’m actually happy I got the chance to do this because I learned a lot about voting which could benefit me when I can actually vote myself and also I met a lot of nice and interesting people.I volunteered in ward 5 so I went to the Land Title Building and the University of Arts..When I got to the voting stations it wasn’t really busy and a lot of people didn’t vote yet so I stood outside with my partners Jaidah, Tsion, and leyitha and associated with some of the other volunteers of the committee of seventy. When people finally started to come and vote I waited until some people came out to ask them questions.Not a lot of people stopped and actually answered the questions but the ones who did answered the questions to their best ability. I did have to explain what absentee vote is and I had to explain what questioned 3 and 4 meant some of the times.
As I mentioned earlier when I was volunteering I met and associated with some of the other volunteers of the committee of seventy.Most of them were elderly didn’t really see a lot of young people volunteering. I did this one nice elderly volunteer at the Land Title Building she was telling my partners and I how it is good to get involved in politics at a young age and she even took our picture for us so we could send it to Mr.Mosely to let him know we was there.One question that I do have about the election is will these votes count in their presidential election to or not? .We couldn’t collect many artifacts like flyers because at the University of Arts the volunteers were standing inside the building even though they are not supposed to be inside the building.They were passing out flyers and we couldn’t get any because they were inside and we weren’t allowed to go in there and they weren’t passing a lot of flyers out at the Land Title Building. For our tech project we created a birdhouse.We created the birdhouse to put in Ms.Aziz garden.This help solve the problem that there are no birdhouses and now since we are creating one there will be a place for birds to go in the garden.

I wanted to learn how to code because with coding you can do so many amazing things on a computer.For our tech project we had to share it with the world in some way so I decided to make a blog post on slate.In this image I had to color in a icecream cone, Icecream, And a cherry using codes.It wasn't very difficult because it helped me how to do it along the way.Also In the previous steps it showed me videos and tutorials on how to color shapes and make shapes using coding.

The person who passed away was my grandmother,she was sweet and nice and put everyone before herself.She loved to go to church.My Grandmother meant a lot to me because she was a special person in my life and helped raise me.I decided to create my sugar mask in rememberance of her because This was around the time that she pasted away and she meant a lot to me so why not do the sugar mask in rememberance of her.My sugar mask refect my grandmother because on the mask the teeth are red white and blue representing the u.s flag and this relates to her because she lived in the u.s.Also the mask is covered in pocka dots because she loved pocka dots.Also the mask has feathers on the top of the head because she used to wear those feather hats to church on sundays so the feathers reminded me of her so I decided to use them.The top of the mask is grey because it reminded me of her hair she had some grey hair because she was old.The sneaker on the mask reminded me of her because she loved shoe shopping.The glitter on the mask reminded me of her because she was a creative person and she love to accessorize things.The colors purple and all the other bright colors are on the mask because she liked bright and pretty colors.“Día de los Muertos” opened my mind up to celebrating the passing of loved ones because As I saw all the pictures of families gathering around each other every year to celebrate the passing of their loved ones it reminded me of my loved ones who has passed so it made me open my mind up to the idea of celebrating “Día de los Muertos”.
