In our mini-project we had to learn about a natural disaster (my group had earthquakes) and how they affect the different earth systems. We learned that earthquakes take a big part in creating some other natural disasters, including: tsunamis, volcano eruptions, avalanches, and whirlpools. My group also learned that different earth systems have effect on one another. For an example: the hydrosphere (rain, oceans, etc.) plays a big part in the biosphere (flora and fauna) and without both of them we wouldn't be able to live.
