Infographic about Salt and Pepper

I chose this topic because I wanted myself to know the differences and health benefits of salt and pepper. Not the rappers Salt-N-Pepa, but the table spices Salt and Pepper. Whether one has a better benefit or not they are both still similar in terms of health facts. I hope that people will learn the differences and similarities of salt and pepper. Also to have an interest in the facts so that they can know what the causes of salt and pepper are.

Interesting Topic Adam. I did know that salt cause blood pressure but i do drink salt water sometimes, if i vomit. Why did you choose this topic?

Very interesting topic, Adam. I like how you mentioned the difference between the rappers & the actual spices. The fact about how pepper can cause cancer is actually really important.
