Air Pollution PSA

Posted by Brian Reed in Environmental Science · Sasso-Chryst · 1b on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 10:13 am

I did a PSA on air pollution. This is affecting everyone in the world including Philadelphia. I chose air pollution to do a PSA on because I figured that would be a good topic to give information on because unlike some of the topics, everyone needs the air and oxygen. I didn’t focus directly on Philadelphia because anything I said can also be said for other parts of the world. I learned how many people are actually affected by air pollution when I thought of just major cities that were affected.

What I did was I put lights on my guitar. I put the ends close to the battery. I then put the wires on my battery. The guitar means something to me because it was my first guitar ever.

One Point Perspective

Posted by Brian Reed in Introduction to Art · Hertz · a1 on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 9:06 am

What I drew is a room in one point perspective. In this room I have a bed, a door, a window, a table with a lamp, a Star Wars poster, and a rug. I learned that in one point perspective you have to pay attention to where you draw every single line.  I am most proud of the bed I drew. It looks the best and it took the most time. I would want to improve in my Star Wars poster. One tip for next year is to pay attention to the dot in the middle and follow each line.

Cell Phone Use

Posted by Brian Reed in Intro to Tech and Comp App · Hertz · a2 on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 2:34 pm

The 9th grade class has collected data from their own phones of how many times they check their phones.
Click here to see the data

People are using their phone to much and it can start an addiction.

In conclusion I have found that a little less than half the grade might or already have an addiction to their phone. I have also found that most people use social media.

Tips:
You can set timers for how much you can use your phone.
