The reason I choose to make my sculpture is quite sad when you think about it. The very first pair of glasses I got was just the beginning of it all. I broke them because they fell from my face to the floor, and then in pieces. If I were to explain how I broke every pair of glasses we would be here awhile, so instead, I’ll just wrap it up and say my most significant pair that broke. On a fine early day of school, my friends and I were walking down a street. When one of them came across a punch buggy, she punched me in the arm, nothing bad about a little punch. A few seconds later an acquaintance of mine turns around for a punch, this eventually led to my glasses being broken, that would be the 5th pair of glasses I've broken. So that I why I choose glasses. A nice, sad significance.

My room

The little kid that lives in this house is 16 years old. He moved out from his parents house at such a young age because of how independent he has become. His house is very modern and sleek, with a vintage table and an amazing rosewood floor, his house is true beauty. In his living room, it’s extremely neat and filed. In the living room he has a burgundy couch and ahead of it lies his 45 inch tv he earned from getting straight A’s for his entire life. From his parents house he brought along his brown stuffed bear that he has had from childhood, he got the bear from the carnival. He also got a ink pen that was handed down from his great grandfather. Lastly, he got a pot that was from China, it is extremely intricate and beautiful.

Internet survival guide jawn

Intro......

Slide 1:
The internet  has changed our way of communication in many ways. Instead of having to send emails that take days to send. We can send messages in seconds.

Slide 2. Immediacy: How fast it takes to post something to millions of people. This can make your private information open to the public.

  1. Permanence: Your information being on the internet even when you delete it

  2. Lack of control: When you post something on the internet and everyone can screenshot it and post it. This can lead to blackmail and all that not good stuff.

Slide 3. You can make sure you are not doing anything that affects your life. This will keep you from losing your reputation

Slide 4. The internet does not have rules but the websites on the internet do have rules. You can make rules for the internet but until then there is no rules on the internet. If i were to make a website i could make rules on it but those rules would only be on my website.

Slide 5. Cyber bullying is assaulting someone online for no reason but for your own amusement.

Slide 6. Trolling is a form of cyberbullying because you are attacking someone just to make them mad.Impersonating is also aform of cyber bullying because you are pretending to be the person that you are cyber bullying, this could lead to making that person lose friends on the internet.

Slide 7 If you are being cyber bullied, don’t go online to get involved more. You don’t have to deal with online bullies if your aren't online.

   8 A. Don’t talk about anyone

       B. Don’t give your email to anyone

       C. Don’t talk to random strangers

Learn,Create,Lead

Creativity while learning means to me you don’t do basic things to learn something. Creativity gives you a vast amount of ways to learn something new or to expand on a lesson. In creative writing you are given a funner way of learning. Instead of it being a monotone voiced teacher teaching you about a new lesson, you get a fun filled way of learning something. Creative writing helps me learn better, if we are doing something like jeopardy i'll learn a lot more from that then getting a piece of paper and writing notes. Creative learning can also tell me a teacher really wants you to succeed. If there are fun filled lessons everyday you know the teacher works hard to make such lessons.

The anonymous bully

Posted by Seth Lopez in Technology- Freshmen · Hertz · e1 on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 1:52 pm
This article is about a girl named Ashley. She lived a normal life, went to school and all that. What she didn't know is that someone was taking pictures of her. These pictures were being posted on a fake account. These pictures came with her school name, her home address family information, and everything else private. This led to her losing some of her friend but nothing else that serious was lost. It could have ended up being way worse.

Lack of control

Ashley could'nt really do much when the pictures of her were taken. On top of that, she didn't have control over the account. Someone else had control over what people thought of her. She could try to say that she wasn't the one posting on the account, but that wouldn't help because there are pictures of her being posted almost everyday. There was no filter or restriction on these pictures so there was no way of knowing who would see what she posted

Permanency

Even though these pictures have been removed, they are probably not. Someone could have taken a screenshot of her and have it in case of threatening. A person could also have taken a screenshot of her home address and family information. The worse part is there is no telling when this information could be used. When she is trying to do important thing in the future the details that were spread could cripple her chances of doing something.

Immediacy

When these pictures got posted. There was no stopping it. While you are trying to delete it, 15 other people have already seen the picture. You can only do so much when you post something you don't want up. You can delete the picture but there are already screenshots taken.

Conclusion

In conclusion, Ashley was not in control of what happened on the fake account of her. She couldn't delete the pictures because she didn't own the account. Strangers all over the world could have Ashley's private information and she could do nothing about it. In the end there was nothing extremely bad that happened to her. She only lost a couple of friends from this.
