    INTRODUCTION
    The topic of this project is how much us 9th graders use our cell phones. To be more conscious of your own phone use as it relates to research around learning, brain function and addiction. 
    TIPS
    When you know you don’t need your phone just put it down for a while. 
    Just leave it in a room for like a hour or so and see how you do
    CONCLUSION
    In conclusion from this project I’ve found out that about 90% of the 9th grade uses their phone as much as me or more than me.

    We track our cell phone use using a application called "checky".  Then we put it onto our google sheets to see who else had their data.
