One Point perspective Room

Posted by Jone Greene in Introduction to Art · Hertz · a1 on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 9:02 am

I drew a picture of a room with a poster of Apple Music and a window on the roof. Also I drew a tv and a little drawer under it. I have learned that all of the lines need to meet at the vanishing point. I am most proud of getting it done on time and making my picture look nice. I wish that I could’ve put more than what I have. A tip that I would give someone next year is to work hard and stay focused.

One-Point Perspective Room

Posted by Sereina Williams in Introduction to Art · Hertz · a1 on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 9:01 am

In the room, there is a couch that can turn into a bed, a television with Netflix on, and vanity with products on it. While drawing my room, learned that your lines have to be straight and they have to line up with the vanishing point. The object that I am most proud of is the vanity because it was difficult when it came to making the vanity look straight. The thing I would want to improve is the little decorations around the room. I wish I added more because of the room bare. A tip for students next year is to take your time and to plan what you want to put in it.

One Point Perspective

My room has door, Windows, T.V., Bed, carpet and drawing broad. I learned that you draw your room by a vertical point or like how you see your room. The most thing I am proud of that I draw the whole room and I tried hard. I need to improve the details in my room because I did not draw them good. I would give them a tip that draw your room of what you see and try your best.

One point perspective room

The room I drew is very minimalist and simple. It contains a bed, built in bookshelf, a flower poster, a rug, a dresser, an Alexa, a floor lamp, a window with curtains, a door, and a pillow. That the vanishing point really makes a difference in drawing something realistically. I am most proud of the rug and the wooden floors because that was the most time consuming. I would work on my neatness and add more decoration. Don't rush and be precise. Use all of the available time you get

One Point Perspective Room

I drew a pretty simple room with a table and chair. There is also a balcony on the left. While I am proud of the balcony since I had to figure out how to draw it without the help of a lesson in class, it is also the part of the drawing with the most room for improvement. It isn't quite at the right angle and I realized after finishing the drawing that the wall probably should have been parallel with the bottom of the paper. While doing this project I leaned that the most important thing is to always bring lines exactly to the vanishing point. Sometimes when drawing a window it will at first seem that it would look better if the lines were at a different angle but it is best to draw the line to the vanishing point anyway as the finished product will look good. That said, my main piece of advice for anybody doing a one point perspective drawing is to make sure to always use a ruler. If you think you can do it free hand, it will end up looking really messy.

One Point Perspective Room

The room I drew is a one point perspective room with a window, a door, a bed, a table, three pictures, and a skylight with stars all around the walls with my name on one. I learn that when you draw a one point perspective drawing you have to have a rule and a vanishing point. All yours lines must go back to the vanishing point. I am most proud of that I was able to draw a room that looks real. I wish that I could get rid of some of the erasing marks. One tip is make sure your drawings goes back to the vanishing point and use a ruler.

the room i drew is a combination of a dinning room and living room. There is a chair, table, t.v, poster, window, t.v stand, door, and tiled window. I've learned that one perspective is hard to do. I'm most proud of the poster i drew. i wish i could improve everything about my room. One tip for someone doing this project next year is don't be too lazy with the project.

One Point Perspective room

The room that I drew has a tv, two pictures, a table, vase, chair and a bed.  I learned that in order to make something 3D you need to make it go back to the vanishing point. I am really proud on how the ceiling turned out and the floor. I could have improved the bed to make it a little neater and maybe a little bigger. One tip I would say is make sure that you use a ruler in order to make it look neat and perfect.

In my room I have a skylight, window, door, carpet, a bed, a table, and a art picture. I learned that the vanishing point is the place where the viewer is is looking. I am proud of my wooden tiles that I did. I wish I could improve on the details of my room.  One tip for someone doing this project next year is to try super hard.

One Perspective Room

Posted by Kamaiyah Jackson in Introduction to Art · Hertz · a1 on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 8:39 am

I drew what could be an art room. Im not sure what i meant this room to be but it has a window seat and a table in it. There's a carpet and two large windows. The back wall is decorated in vines and pictures and there is a sign on the door that says "Alice's Wonderland". While drawing my room I learned that almost all line in tour drawing should go back to the vanishing point. It helps keep your room together and it helps it look realistic. The thing I'm most proud of in my room is the carpet. I think its the most detailed thing in the room. Although I like it the best if i had to change something about the project it would be that. I don't think it fits in the room well. For anyone else doing this project, i think that you should practice doing things in one point perspective. You're going to erase a lot and be really confused if you don't practice at least a little first.
