This project was fun for me. I believe it was fun because I got to design my pictures and make them look the way that I wanted. Also my partner and I collaborated well so that we could get the project done. The point of the project was to see how much we knew and how much we could put on paper. It was good way for me to see how much I know.

This book was to see how we could put everything we learned together and read it to someone else. This book brought out the artistic side in me. This book helped me in a lot of ways.

College Interview

The purpose of this project was to study a college and facts about it and incorporate it into a mock interview. We had to include many topics and basic conversation. I enjoyed this project because it gave me a chance to think about how an actually college acceptance interview might occur.

Conversational Powerpoint

The conversational powerpoint was a project that we were assigned to display our knowledge of ser/estar and basic conversation. This project was not as difficult as some of the others. We were able to create conversations about anything that we chose. That is what made this project so much easier than theirs.

This Spanish project was my favorite. We had to create a children's book about health, body parts and clothing. We had to have a partner and one person was the writer and the other is the artist. The writer of course did the dialogue and the artist constructed the drawings that went along with the dialogue. What made the project so fun was because I was able to actually do what I wanted to do without any limits except the components we are supposed to include about health, body parts and clothing. That was the best project I did and I was very proud of myself.

Día de los Muertos

The purpose of this project was to celebrate and remember our loved ones. We had to talk about them in English as well as in Spanish. We also had to make a mask and sugar skull that represented them. I enjoyed this project because it made me remember the good times I spent with my loved one.

Children's Book

For Spanish 2, we were instructed to create a children's book, about a child who was either going to the doctors, went to school and became ill, or a child who woke up sick. I don't have any pictures, or a link to post for this project, because it wasn't completed. If this project would have been completed, I believe that it would have been done well. My partner Vernika and I's topic was going to be about a little girl who went to school, and felt ill. I believe that I would have enjoyed doing it.

Conversational PowerPoint

​For Spanish 2 in quarter 2, we were instructed to work with a partner that Señorita. Moran assigned to us, and create a conversational powerpoint/google slide show covering the 7 topics she gave us. The 7 topics being, Condition v. Characteristics, Location v. Origin, Identification, Time and Date, Time and Date of an Event, Possession and Material, and Opinion. My partner that was assigned to me was Chris. This was my favorite Spanish project to date, because I had fun while doing it. Creating the slides was fun, but recording was stressful because we were trying to find some where to record while not disturbing the report card conferences that were going on. I believe the grade that we received, reflected our honest effort on this project.

Ja’Von- Hola Señor Foster el gusto placer es mio. Me llama JaVon Michaels

Cyrus- Como Esta usted hoy?

Ja’Von- Yo soy bueno, Y used?

Cyrus- Yo soy bueno tambien.

Cyrus-Tu eres Esta ?

JaVon- Si, yo soy entusiasmado

Cyrus- Gran, por favor entrar mi oficina

JaVon- Yo quiero a estudiar negocio.

Cyrus- Nosotros ofrecer clases en direccion, finanzas, marketing,y mucho mas. Tu tener muchos clases a elegir de entre.

JaVon- Gran, su ofrecer tutoría porque yo soy no buena en matematica y no gusto realizacion mal.

Cyrus- Si, nosotros ofrecer tutoria.

In this project we had to find a college to and create an interview based on the college. I posed as the college recruiter while my partner was and interested student who was being interviewed.

College Interview Project

For Spanish 2 in the first quarter, we were instructed to create a mock trial for a college that we would like to do. For my project, my partner Caylin and I did the college that I want to go to, Spelman. I enjoyed doing this project, because I learned new things about my college in researching for the project. If I could do this project differently, I wouldn't have rushed recording the video, because I stumbled over some words, and I didn't speak up as loudly. But, overall I enjoyed this project.
