Dia de los Muertos
For a Spanish 2 project, we were asked to remember the death of a loved one, and then create a sugar skull in their likeness and to then perform a eulogy. However, doing the sugar skull aspect of the project was against my religion. Instead, for my project, I did the eulogy aspect of it. I gave the history of who my Great Grandmother was, and I enjoyed doing it. In reflection, I wish that I wouldn't have waited until the night before to record, because I ran into some difficulties with the site I used.

College Interview By: Alicia Nelson and Tyrone Grant
For this Spanish project we had to get a partner and act out a college interview in spanish. We had to create dialogue about a college that we research and used it to form our interview. This project was a challenge because speaking Spanish is a challenge for me. It did show me that I need to work harder at it and it'll all pay off.

For this project we had to create a children's book completely in spanish. Then we had to share it in class. The book had to include the terms that Ms.Moran tought us.

For this project we had to create a power point about ser and estar and create small clip videos with the sentences. What my partner and I did was create sentences with the verbs ser and estar conjugated. Than we used those sentences to create a conversational video. My favorite part was to make the videos in spanish and working with my partener and learning new
Dia Los Muertos
This project we had to create a sugar skull in remembrance with a dead relative. My great aunt died and even though I didn't really know much about her I got to learn more about her. This project was fun to construct and do. So I was glad to to it. I feel as though celebrating the dead whether with a festival and or just a plain memorial is always something that a person should do.

We had to use our understanding of ser y estar and make simple sentences. This project helped me understand ser y estar better. This project was a good idea.
