  The Cost of Higher Education

Posted by Mary Hertz in TECH 1 - Hertz - a1 on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 7:57 pm
My infographic explains how expensive higher education is in the United States. I hope that people will see how hard it is for high schoolers to afford college and to see how our costs here in the United States compare with those of our neighbors, Canada and Mexico. I think it's important that people know how saddled young people are with debt when they graduate from college these days.

Infographic-Child and Adult Obesity

Posted by Wenndellisha Joyner in TECH 1 - Hertz - a1 on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 7:39 am

I decided to do this topic because I really take this situation serious. There are many people in my family who are obese and it really affects me because I know they could do better and live a healthy lifestyle, but instead they continue to eat unhealthy and don't take the chance to change their ways. I really love helping people change their eating habits. That's why I decided to chose this topic.

Infographic- The Red Panda

Posted by Autumn Richardson in TECH 1 - Hertz - a1 on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 7:37 am

The reason I made this infographic is because I love animals. My favorite animal is  pandas. At first I was going to do my infographic on pandas, but in the search tab I saw red pandas. I thought doing an infographic on a red panda would be nice, only because I would be learning new and interesting facts about red pandas. It was entirely fun making a infographic about red pandas because they are interesting and cute creatures.

Cyber bullying on Social Media

Posted by Stephanie Devlin in TECH 1 - Hertz - a1 on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 7:33 am

I chose this topic to show people the statics on how many people get bullied on major social media sites. This is important because cyberbullying happens a lot all over the internet today and I think it should stop. Most teenagers get cyberbullied at least once in there life. I hope people learn that cyerbullying is really bad and that we should put a stop to this before it gets any worse.

I choose this topic because my sensei in karate keeps telling my and the other students that the world is getting darker and crazier. So now I wanted to know how dangerous a small part of the world, the U.S., really is. Doing this research, I hope that people will understand the robberies in the U.S. and some dangers to society.

Google Vs. Yahoo Infographic Domenick DeAngelis

Posted by Domenick Deangelis in TECH 1 - Hertz - a1 on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 6:45 pm

I chose this topic because in our school we use Chrome Books, which are made by Google. So we use Google programs everyday! However, does anyone use Yahoo? If some do more people use Yahoo than Google? All these questions came to me, and lead me to think of the topic: Google vs. Yahoo. I hope everyone can learn some new things about Google and Yahoo and I hope this makes it easier to pick which is better...Google or Yahoo?

Top 3 Meats of America Infographic

Posted by Wesley White in TECH 1 - Hertz - a1 on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 10:39 am

I did this infographic because I really like food and I really like to cook.  I wanted people to know what America's favorite meats are so that they could be more informed about what people in America eat.  I also did this infographic because I myself eat a lot of meat and I was interested in these statistics.
