Six Word Memoir:

You can’t stop Rock and Roll

11 Unrecorded, all not my doing.

When I was younger I didn’t have much control over my anger. Due to that it was really easy to get into a scuffle with me all because I couldn’t control myself if pushed. I had 11 fights in my old school unrecorded, all of them I didn’t start. I’m never the first to throw hands but i’ll hit back when struck. Since I never started the fights the people in my school never put it on my permanent record.

 I love fighting and all but I don’t start fights. There were just a lot of immature people who couldn’t keep their hands to themselves. They learned how to eventually. The room I have drew contains a few objects that represent my 6 word memoir. Since I got into a lot of fights I have fighting gear and equipment. Boxing is something that I love and boxing is fighting. There is a punching bag, a speed bag, and boxing gloves. All of those things relate to fighting.

 Due to the fact that I didn’t start the 11 fights I can relax. So there's a couch in the room. To cool off after a fight I always drink some water. Like cold water that was the reasoning for the refrigerator.

January 31st was the day I was born. I experience challenges and problems, which became mistakes and bloopers. I don’t let nothing change me even when people changing around me. “Keep everything blue” determine whether who I am. If you don’t truly know me then you must be red instead of blue.

I love questions and confusion because I’m different from every person that sits or stand next to me. Rilajah don’t always need people because she’s her own person with anyone really knowing.

I’ve been running track from the age of 12, I’ve excelled greatly and will continue to do well. Of course I don’t always get first but even though I still improve and learn from every race. Track has taught me to work for anything I want and nothing will ever be given to me easily. A golden work ethic will create a golden achievement that you will cherish forever. In my drawing it shows the medals I’ve earned from track meets and also shows weights portraying that I use them to work out. On my door there’s a Penn Relays tag I wore on my chest during running.

I’ve chosen something very simple, I have chosen my phone case. I choose mm phone case because I have a very serious love for my phone. I want my phone to be with me and protected at all times and my phone case does that.

Starr~ I chose a pentagram to represent me because I have unanswered questions. I believe that I should be able to hear both sides of the story before I automatically gain faith. I am the type of person that needs to see it to believe it, and reading a thousand year old book isn’t seeing to me. I would like to clearly state, that I am not a Satanist, and am simply curious to find out the other half of the story.

Artist's statement: I chose 3D glasses as a base for my sculpture because of my love for movies. It is very important to me because I watch movies every weekend and one of my favorite movies of all time is in 3D. I also have it illuminated with lights to add the requirements of the project.

Electric Art

My art project will entail a red bandanna motif bucket hat. Which will have a circuit of lights upon it. I think that specific hat is unique, and represents my zest for fashion. I think it’d be interesting to incorporate fashion and physics. My fashion varies from cool and suave to bright and bold. I think this bold accessory combined with physics which is also bold will be a lit combination.

My Art Statement :

For my electric art project, I inserted a series circuit inside of a can. I chose to do this item because of the meaning behind the sculpture. My meaning for the sculpture is how I appear to others versus how I am inside. People tend to believe that I am heartless and careless of myself and others. When people view me, they don’t see much. Though how I am viewed is not how I truly am nor feel. When you first observe my can you see that it is ordinary, once you look inside you begin noticed that your thought of me was totally wrong. Inside I have lights that represent my true self. I have a heart that I use to care and look after others. I prefer for people to view me the same as they always have. If people truly knew how I am as a person, they would mistaken my kindness for weakness.

Maybe you’re a singer or rapper, or maybe you just love music… Maybe you can’t afford to keep buying beats online or want to expand your set of skills… Either way you want to know how to make your own beats and songs. But where do you start? Right here I gave a instructional video on how to become your own producer. The process of doing it is highly addictive. I learned so much producing beats, it made me appreciate my love of music even more. Just be careful and always remember to save all that hard work that was put towards that beautiful beat. This is truly an amazing experience. I hope you learn much as I did.
