The internet changed how people keep in touch or communicate.Instead of going to see someone you most like to skype or facetime them. Some people are so focused on the internet they don’t even talk to their family members at home.
Immediacy: as soon as you post it’s immediately on the internet for people to see. Permanence: When you post something, someone can save to their device so whether you delete it on not somebody else has it or reposted it so it’s still on the internet .Lack of control: you have no control of where the post goes after you post it
You could look yourself up and see what shows up. Keep your private life private
I think some parts of the internet have rules. Like on twitter there are things you can and can’t do.
Cyberbullying: using the internet to attack someone
Outing and flaming are types of cyberbullying. They are considered cyberbullying because it’s harassment over the internet.
Victim: Try not to take what they’re saying to heart. Bully: Put yourself and their shoes. Bystander: try and help the victim

Your Top 5 tips for using the Internet
Immediacy- Bringing involving someone into a situation. Tagging someone on a Instagram picture that deals with a argument.
Permanence- Something Unchangeable. A picture that is not able to be photoshopped.
Lack Of Control- Certain things you don’t have control over, and it starts to spread, and become more popular, while you’re not able to do anything.
2.For Immediacy you can put your accounts on private so that you're asked if you can be tagged in pictures, or you can be able to ask that person to untag you out of that picture.
Permanence, some ways you should able to avoid this is to not post to much, or you can have your account of private so people won’t be able to see your pictures.
Lack Of Control is something hard to fix, but you can always try your best to reason out with that person to stop this trend that you don’t like.
3. The Internet does have rules, and on certain website there are consequences if you break these rules, but people always break the rules in the internet, and it may seem like we don’t have rules in the internet.

5. Trolling- Offensive insults to accurately annoy someone, or make people mad.
Impersonation- To act as someone else, and ruin their reputation.
6. One kind of Cyberbullying is Impersonation. Impersonation is taking someone’s name, and trying to ruin their reputation.
7. Bully Advice- Don’t take your personal problems out on other people, it’s just going to come back around and kick you harder than you kicked someone else.
Victim Advice- If it occurs more than once, try sticking up for yourself. Tell the bully off. If they don’t take you seriously, tell an adult, your parents are the best option.

Slide 2: The internet has changed the communication by making it more easier to talk to someone,rules and freedom have involved and basically anyone can contact another person from the internet.For an example people can access the internet anywhere and talk or chat with a random person or someone they know.

the internet created a new way to communicate from far distances. For example 2,000 years ago the early Romans used pigeon post to communicate and that took awhile for the reciever, and also in the 1820s it took 15 hours for someone to receive a message through mail. The internet paved the way of instant communication changing it from a slow process to an instant process.

In other words it means Instantaneous. This pertains to the internet by having something out on the internet without time to take it down or reconsider your actions if necessary.
It affects our online identities by having something being uploaded fast that you didn't want to be uploaded fast. And when it's uploaded instantaneously our offline identities can suffer from anyone being able to see it as soon as it was uploaded, so right after it happened
Permanence
When something is on the internet or stays on the internet forever. This pertains to the internet by having the internet be used as a vessel to permanently keep a type of file, virus, picture, etc on the internet
Permanence affects your online life by having the content you post, whether good or bad, be permanent. It affects your offline life by having somebody look at bad content that's on the internet forever.
Lack of control
Lack of control means having no control over what happens to the things you do on the internet after you do them. This pertains to the internet by having no control over criticism or vandalism on the online stuff you did
Lack of control affects your online life by having someone frame you for something you down do by editing your videos to make you say stuff you didn't (for example). It affects your offline life by having other people think bad about you because of the re-wording or something else that you have no control over

The internet has changed communication in the way we don’t even communicate face to face it’s all through a screen. We don’t take the time to just talk we feel lazy and just use what we have.

I feel like the way to keep yourself protected is to check weekly that your account is secure and no one has hacked it. A good way to do this is check to make sure you verified any social media accounts emails so there’s no way anyone can get in.

I believe the internet doesn’t have rules. For example you can report a comment or picture but at the end of the day you know you can’t control people of what they say or do.

Permanence-posting something something online, and that post is up permanently even if you delete it
Lack of Control- posting something online, you’ve lost all control of it. It is now in the hands of the viewers
B.This could affect your online life because you could embarrassed. For example, there is famous meme out on social media, never was intended though, the girl was just joking around. This could affect your offline life by getting in the way of personal things. For example, it was a girl that posted something bad about her boss. Her boss ended up seeing it and the lady lost her job.

The internet has changed communication in many ways as in people use it to say things that they may not say in person to one another. Things such as admitting certain feelings that they might not have the courage to say in person.
Immediacy can affect our online identity by making it easy to realize how fast something can get out into the world. Along with the consequence of trying to delete it knowing that whatever was posted could have been copied in just a few seconds by someone unknown.This immediacy can affect a person in real life by having something that got loose from their hands on the internet and it can create conversation outside of the internet. Permanence can affect your online identity by letting a person post something and then afterwards having them realize that what was posted can nevern be deleted. Having it reposted can affect a person’s outside life also.
3. One way that a person could actively manage and protect their identity is by downloading an app that will help their identity from getting discovered. Another way is by not putting your real information out on the internet in the first place.
4. Yes i think the internet has rules. For example, if someone had posted something like pornography, they would immediately get locked in jail for participating while knowing it was against the law.

People started accusing them of being too addicted to selfie, and that they were stupid for not noticing anything around them. Permanence is that the video is still on the internet. The internet changed the community with its amount of freedom, there are rules within the internet, but you don’t have to follow them although you will have consequences. The community are now full of harassers, trolls, and boxers, but with the trolls and such there are innovations that have changed the world. For example, the social medias that are blowing up like wildfire. (Snap chat, Twitter, ETC.)
