social media survival guide
When I’m online I try to be myself. I post what I want and what I like, I don’t really care what people think. I don’t post anything racist or anything that would offend someone. I do take a second look and re-think what I’m about to post. I don’t think about or care what people will think or say on what I wear or look like.
I know that I’m a nice and chill person, but I also know other people might not think that. On my social media pages I do come off as that. I know I can also come off as mean or rude but it’s only because weirdos are commenting on the stuff I post and I don’t want that so I just tell them to stop and block them.
I Always think about what I’m posting. I re-read and look over the picture or quote because even though it might not offend me or my friends, it could to someone else who follows me. Other people can be more sensitive than others and actually take things to heart or be offended.
The pros about posting online is that you can share information with others from all over the world. News can be shared, pictures, and many other things. You could also meet new people from sharing and resharing posts. There are also many other good thing about sharing and posting things too. Cons about sharing are that people could hate on what you post. People also can troll you, say rude things, or make fun of you. Also, arguments can happen under a post because they were offended or some other reason that you didn’t realize.
Lack of control online can lead to some bad things. If you don’t control what you post and not care bad things could happen. A lot of things online are also permanent, you might have deleted what you posted but someone could have saved it, screenshotted, or reshared before you had the chance to delete it. Anything you post can be spread quickly and you might not even know.
I think professional jobs should do a social media background check. Not if you’re going to work at McDonalds. If I was to hire someone in a law firm I wouldn’t want them to be reckless and posting it on social media, it’s making my business look bad. If they did a background check on your social media and you’re applying at McDonald's, it’s pointless because is just extra cash until kids get out of high school. Even if you’re not in high school it’s still pointless because it’s kind of simple work.
Free speech is where you have the freedom to say whatever you want. There are certain words that you shouldn’t say because it’s racist or offensive in some way to someone. You’re protected if you’re not saying rude things to someone or offending someone. What you’re not going around saying racial slurs or anything else harmful you’ll be protected.
Internet trolls are people who spreads things all other the internet. They are annoying. They get into your business online and try to make you feel bad about yourself. Some say that internet trolls have “no life” so they try to make others feel bad about themselves because that’s how they’re feeling.
Internet trolling can be stopped if people would just stay out of others business online. Don’t comment when it’s not necessary or don’t start stupid arguments under an Instagram picture. Nobody like trolls.
They pros of posting online anonymously is that no one will know who you are if you posting some type of a personal post. Also, if a job is looking for your social media they won’t find it. The cons are that some people might want to know who’s posting the picture. Someone could also find out who you were posting about if you were talking or posting about someone.
3 tips for posting online:
Think about what you post before you post it.
Don’t post anything offensive to others.
- Don’t post all of your business online.

I have Facebook, Instagram and snapchat. On all those social medias I will have to say that I am a person that watches what I posts and sometimes have comedy in my posts. People might have different impressions of me, but that’s what I think of myself on my social media. Before I post online is most of the time is will it offend anyone, and does it have any profanity (if it’s a repost from another person’s page).
There are pros and cons about sharing online. The pros are that it’s great to go and see the things that people have posts either funny or serious. Its also good to see the things that your friends are up too. The cons on online use is that the government is always watching on what you posts. Most of the time you need to watch the things that you posts or else you can get in trouble by the government if you posts things about drugs and etc. Also if you are posting bad behavior on your social medias jobs that you are trying to get into might not accept you because of your bad behavior on social media.
Lack of control can really get you in trouble online. Let’s say that you made your own meme and you and a couple of other friends thought it was funny, but not everyone when you post it is going to think its funny. You need to watch out in the things that you posts even though there's always someone that going to be “butt hurt” or even hate on the thing that you post because that’s how people are.
Permanence will most likely happen to you when you post something online. Depending how long you post something because there is not going to be someone waiting for you to post so they can just screenshot it. People can end up screenshotting your post if you keep it up there long enough. An app called Snapchat is good to use if you want to know if people are screenshotting your posts because it says who has screenshot your posts.
Immediacy can also happen because people are able to see the things that you post right away. If it’s a posts that you had seconds thoughts on you might not want to posts it because once again people can see it as soon as you posts it.
I think that social media background checks by potential employees are important, but at the same time you won’t be able to have your private life to yourself because companies are checking your posts. It’s a good thing because you don’t want to hire a person that has a bad reputation on social media.
Free speech is kinda self explanatory. It’s the ability to say anything without being prosecuted for the things that you say. Freedom of speech does not protect you from everything, it’s to an extent. For example freedom of speech does not protect you from “Fighting words”, fighting words are words that would make someone that you said those “Fighting words” to commit an act of violence against someone.
Internet trolls are people online who make a fake social media account and mess with people online. They sometimes say that you have won a prize so they can steal your information. They also go under comments and just write things down to mess with people's emotions just for the fun of it.
The only thing to do in stopping trolls is to ignore them and just let them be.
The pros and in being anonymous on social media is that people will not know who you are. You can post anything that you want and people won’t know it's you. The cons are that your friends won’t know that it’s you.

some pros for sharing online is that you can let your social media know how much fun your having, share your life, and just be free. Some cons of sharing online is that when you have something embarrissing online when you try to delete it, it never deletes. Another con for posting online is that somebody might find out your location if you post a certain place or store, they might stalk you.
Lack of Control and Permanence and Immediacy have an impact on my online life because even when you think you control something online it’s always something or someone else that can change that.
my thoughts on social media background checks by potential employers is that it shouldn’t matter what you post online because online thats’ when you get to be free and say what you want.
A free speech is when you speak freely on the topic, but also be respectful while doing so.
An internet troll is a scam artist that has a whole bunch of pop up ads and get paid when someone mistakenly clicks one.
The goals of an internet troll is to trick somebody into clicking an ad which will scam them , and the troll would get paid when people click on it.
We can stop trolling by if its on the persons page its about it can easily be deleted so no one else can see it , but as if for the people who already saw it , its nothing you can do.

Social Media Survival Guide
Online I appear as a girl who has a lot social media and is associated with programs and sports such as cross country and Project Flow at the Fairmount waterworks.I think people perceive me as a busy person who looks really nice. They might perceive me as busy because i'm in a lot of programs.I consider who can be watching what I post online and people who see it might not like what I post, so i'm cautious on what I post online. A pro from sharing online is that you can get yourself out there. Some cons are that people can stalk you and you may post the wrong thing and important people might not like that. Lack of Control, Permanence, and immediacy have an impact on our online lives because when we post we're getting ourselves out there. I think social media background checks is a great idea, if I was an employer , I would like to get a feel of who I might consider hiring. Freedom of Speech is protected by the First Amendment. Religion, speech, press, petition, and assembly are protected by the First Amendment. What isn’t protected by the First Amendment is obscenity, child pornography, true threats, fighting words, incitement to imminent lawless action, criminal solicitation or defamation. An internet troll is a person online who starts arguments and they upset people. The goals of an internet troll is to annoy people and make them mad. You can stop trolling by possibly ignoring them because that means they didn’t reach their goal of annoying you. Some pros of posting anonymously online is that people don't know it’s you and if you say something wrong they still don’t know it’s you. The cons of posting anonymously online is that you say something really good but someone can take the credit and act like they thought of it. My 3 tips for someone who uses social media is Be safe, Be cautious of what your post, and Ignore trolls.
Who am I online?
Online I am an educated teenager who is very social. I am a student interested in many things. I appear as a sweet teenage girl who is very optimistic. They perceive me to be very down to earth, young and very social.I consider if what I am doing is illegal and how my mother would feel if she saw the things i posted.A pro is that you get to share with family and friends. A con is that if you post something that may be out of order you can be criticized and/or ridiculed and the picture can be reposted.Lack of control can impact our lives because if we a post a picture that may not be appropriate it can be reposted and we can lose control over the picture. Permanece can make a picture that you don’t want up for everyone to see easily accessible because everything you post if permanent. Immediacy can impact your life just how lack of control and permanence can.I think that potential employers have every right to a social media background check. It gives a better insight to the potential employees personal life and how they handle themselves.Free speech is being able to speak you mind without being harsh or rude. This may include protesting and standing up against federal law. Whats not protected is going after someone to ruin their reputation or spreading untrue things about a person so that they can be ridiculed by others. An internet troll is a person who posts irrelevant and annoying things on another person’s post.Their goal is to try to bring down others and make them feel bad about whatever they are posting online. You can stop trolling by ignoring their comments because eventually when you keep ignoring them they will go away. When using social media you need to be careful. You also need to make sure what you are posting is appropriate. You also need to be respectful, responsible and remember that what you post reflects your household.
Who I am online
Donald Rodgers
When I’m online people usually see me as Donald, or Donnie (nickname) Rodgers I usually would put my nickname Donnie because my dad has the same first name as me, so I stick with Donnie Rodgers . Online I appear as a regular boy who goes to high school, and hangs with his family all the time and enjoys doing it. They are aware of me because of the pictures, and sometimes comments recently post online. Some things I consider before I post anything would be if someone would be amazed or if they might just like it because of the way it looked. Pros are that you might get a bunch of comments and likes on your posts and maybe a lot of followers. Cons would be letting other see posts you don’t want them to see. Lack of control might be posting an embarrassing picture by accident, permanence would be if that post was never able to be removed and immediacy would be trying to stop that post from uploading as fast as you could. I wouldn’t want to go work for a company that would look at my social media background because there might be somethings they won’t like and then they won’t give me a chance to show what I could do for them. Free speech is the ability to say anything you want to without being criticized. My chance to speak and say anything I want is protected. If whatever you say is offensive it will protect that person’s feeling from being hurt. A Internet troll is someone who talks about people online. It’s like bullying but your bullying online. Goals of the internet troll is to hurt and belittle others feelings and sometimes enjoy it for fun. We can stop it by stopping bullying because the people might just bring their bullying online. The pros is no one knows who posted it and the cons are you might get reported or caught. Three tips are be careful what you say, avoid bullying, and don’t judge others with mean opinions.
Guide to Social media
Online I am invisible.Based on my appearance people ask me more so they can try and find me. I don’t post things on social media so I think about nothing. The pros and cons of sharing are that sometimes you are praised and people like it and others hate on your achievements. If you don’t control what you post then it may have a negative response and the immedancy of a post is that when you post something it is automatically shared to whatever you post it to unless it’s YouTube. My thoughts on background checks are that It doesn’t matter what you post It’s the character of the person I’m interviewing. Free speech being able to say whatever you think, it is protected because there are certain things you cannot say, things you cannot say are slanderous things and things that would hurt someone’s emotions or reveal someone’s secrets. What is an Internet troll? An internet troll is a person who can either be your worst enemy or a friend because if you play a game online a troll probably isn’t the bad guy the hackers are so most of the time I would have to say that internet trolls that are bad are the ones one social media. The goals of most internet trolls from what I’ve encountered is to have a good time but not always at someone else’s exspence. You can stop troller’s by outsmarting them on games but on social media it’s best to ignore them completely. The pros are no one knows what you said and can say something to you inperticularly but the cons are it could be a really good idea and now someone can steal it and pass it off as there’s and you can can do about. The 3 tips I got for the Homies who read this is that DON’T BE STUPID, KEEP IT PG, AND DON’T BE NASSSSSTTTTYY.

When you are online you are a little piece of the internet browser. When you are browsing on the internet people can see what you are doing online. You will appear as if something is going on in the world. People perceive you by looking at your profile on the internet. Some people may even look you up on the internet and find documentation of who you are. Many people judge you based on your record of who you are.
Some things I consider before posting online are am I hurting anybody by posting this. Will this be a good look on my job application if they go through my online personal?. How many people will look at this post? Did you ever think of pros and cons of posting online, some pros may be, are if you are helping somebody. Some cons may be over sharing the post. Over posting is putting phone numbers on it, or putting a picture of your credit card online.
An internet troll is somebody who is constantly sending you posts or emails to you. The goal of an internet troll is to get information from you that you would not usually give out. In order to stop internet trolls you will have to ignore them and then they will hopefully stop bugging you. We can stop trolling if everybody ignores them and they will stop slowly.
Some pros of posting anonymously online are nobody knows who is posting that specific post online. Some cons of posting anonymously online are your post is not necessarily anonymous because people who know you may know what you post.

I appear as a track star. All of my times, meets, and personal records are online.People would perceive me as a athlete. My appearance would be a track runner. Also it would explain show how I have a future in athletics.I consider how people would look at me. To be honest I just post pictures. Some pro’s are that people can see who I am for me and what I can bring to the table. The cons are people tend to look for all the wrong things about you.So they can make it into something false. It can hold people back from getting a good job in life. One bad thing could change how people perceive you forever. It makes sense but they can be have all the skill required for the job but that one picture with their middle finger turned them down from getting it.Free speech is basically your freedom to say what you want.An internet troll could be a bully or someone who jokes around in a non playful way.Internet trolls main goals could be to harm you playfully.Be can just become mature. The cons could be that something provocative would be posted. The pro’s are they could post something informational.Be respect
Be responsible
Post positive.
Sarah's Social Media Guide
When you search my name online. The only thing that pops up is “Sahara Sams” the waterpark in New Jersey. When people type in my username, they find my twitter. On twitter i appear as just a girl that mostly retweets other people's tweets. I think people perceive me as just a normal teenage girl that has a twitter honestly. When I’m considering what I post, I mostly think about what my friend’s will think, but I do take in consideration of what if my parents or teachers would see it. So I don’t post anything offensive or insulting on my social media. One of the pros of sharing online is that you can share things easily with friends or can even make friends online. Yet one of the cons is when you post something online and delete it. It’s still on the internet, and can stay online. You can also have complete access to people. Lack of Control, Permanence, and Immediacy have ruined people's lives and affected the way people will perceive them. When it comes to background checks on potential employers, I don’t really mind if somebody checks my social media since i don’t post anything I should be ashame of. I believe your employer is allowed to search up you up because it’s your choice how you present yourself online, and since it is online everyone sees it anyway. Free speech is the freedom of speaking, however you cannot say everything that you want to say. Things like speaking your own mind are protected, but if your opinion is offending or hurting someone or picking a fight, that is not protected by freedom of speech. A internet troll is someone who finds entertainment of making people frustrated or angry. They can make mocking posts and offence people just for the fun of it. To stop people like this, we can spread more ice comments around to people, and when if people are trolling you, ignore it. When posting anonymously online, a pro is since nobody knows who you are, people can now talk about sensitive and non-talked about topics. A con is people can leave mean and hurtful comments and nobody would know it was them. My three tips of using the internet are: One ) Treat people the way you want to be treated. Two ) If someone is having a bad day help them out. Three) If you see bullying happening report them immediately.
Social Media Survival Guide
Who Am I Online
Who Am I Online
Online I am very silly person. I post funny videos and if I’m in my feelings I post quotes that match how I feel. I also take nice pictures of me and my friends. Most of my picture consist of me with my friends. I think people perceive me as silly, fun, and maybe sad at times. I also believe people think I’m pretty I just don’t believe them when they tell me. I consider if my post will effect how people look at me. Before i ever post things, I think to myself, “Will my mother approve of this” and will this make people look at me differently. The pros of me posting or sharing online is that I get to really express myself how i feel without anyone being disrespectful. Now don’t get me wrong, people do say ignorant stuff online but not on my pages. I don’t allow that. I don’t have any cons that i can think of. If we have lack of control online, we might not get perceived in the right way. We also may get judged. We want to have a good immediacy online, not a bad one because if we do there may be unnecessary drama going on online. Finally, if we aren’t careful with the things we post (permanence) it might get back around to us in a rude awakening. With that being said, I hope and think people think I am a good person with feelings online because I want to be perceived in a good way not a bad way. That’s the last thing I want to happen. I wouldn’t mind if employers looked at my online status. I could care less if they did. I wouldn’t mind because I have nothing to hide. The only thing I care about is if they didn’t ask me if they could. Free speech is being able to state your opinion. But, freedom of speech doesn’t protect slander, fighting words, bullying, and dis-respectfulness. On the opposite hand, they protect other people opinions. It makes it possible for them to tell others how they feel. An internet troll is someone that starts up something online just to get under your skin. There are trolls everywhere. We can stop trolling by ignoring their comments, not arguing back, and blocking them. With all of this being said, here are some tips. DO NOT post anything online that can change your appearance or make you have a bad reputation. DO NOT react to trolls. DO NOT say your opinion with disrespect. DO NOT post anything that can harm you. DO NOT post anything that disobeys the law.

I’m a nobody online, so as a result I appear as nothing or no one.
They don’t know I’m there. I don’t post anything online. The pro’s of being public online are people you know can see what you’re doing but a con is people you don’t know can see what you’re doing. I dont know.I feel as though social media backround checks are pointless. What certain people do out of work has nothing to do with being in work. The only way it makes sense is someone takes a picture of them slacking at work.
Free speech is when you can say whatever you want generally. Certain stuff is protected like yelling at the president and voicing your opinion but slander and bullying are not. An internet troll is someone who gets online just to bother and make fun of people or a certain topic. The goals of internet trolls are to put people down and to make fun of things. I dont know how to stop internet trolling. The pros of posting anonymously are no one will know that you said something, a con is that if you do something someone wants to acknowledge you for they don’t know who to acknowledge.
My top 3 tips are:
Don’t post anything you don’t want people to see
Think about your actions
Don’t troll on people’s pictures

Samantha Green 11-4-15
My identity online is that they say i look mean . I can sing really good im pretty and I have a lot of followers . On social media i am known as Samantha Green or _0713__ those numbers represent my birthday .
Based off of this appearance I think some people may view me as not approachable because i look mean and it makes them not want to talk to me . I also think some people may believe that i'll be a singer when I grow up because I can sing .
What I consider before posting anything on line is thinking about how people may take in what I post . I don't consider anything else because it's my page I can post what I want as long as its not inappropriate and whoever doesn't like it can unfollow me .
The pro’s of sharing things online is that you get to see what other people may think is true or what they agree with .You also get to see the things that are popular today and you get to see the positive things that can make your day when you're feeling a certain way . The con’s of sharing things are that they could be negative or mean things that may offend people it could be bullying harassment or anything offensive to others .
Immediacy , lack Of Control and Permanence control our lives today because Immediacy gives you the urge to post something immediately as soon as you see it and then you can't delete it . Lack Of Control is in our lives today because you post something then people share and re tweet it and it can't be deleted because its on there page and you lose control because it’s in there possession. Permanence is in our lives today because it’s when something is online forever and you will never be able to delete it .
My thoughts on social media background checks is that I don't like it because i feel like my social media is what i do what my personal time its what i do when i'm home it has nothing to do with how I would act at work .
Free speech is the right to have your voice heard respectfully . What is protected is religion , the right to petition , to protest and what is not protected is liberal , slander , fighting words , and defamation .
An internet toll is a post or comment under someone's stuff to make them upset and disrupt their conversation .
The goals of the internet tolls are too offend others and disrupt their conversation disrespectfully .
We can stop the trolling by not responding and ignoring them because when you do that they disappear .
The pros of posting anonymously online is that no one will never know who you are unless you tell somebody and they snitch on you . The cons of posting anonymously is that you can get somebody in serious trouble , you could make them commit suicide based off the stuff you are posting .Top Three tips are …..

Online I am just one of millions of users with a private instagram account, you can see some prezis I did by myself and with kids from my middle school, you can also some information about me that I would rather not share with the class.
Based on my online appearance I think people would perceive me as a typical teenage girl with social media accounts, but who also gets good grades and does a lot of different sports.
Before posting anything online the things that I consider are the following: what would what my parents say if they saw this, would colleges let me in based on online appearance, and would I regret posting this in the future?
The pros and cons of posting things online are that you get to connect with the people that you otherwise would not be able to connect with. And also a con is that you cannot predict what will once you post something.
Lack of Control has an impact on our lives because you can’t predict what will happen once you post something online. Permanence has an effect on our lives because you can never truly delete something once you post something online. Immediacy has an effects on our lives as soon as you hit post your picture or your video is on the internet and can truly be taken down.
I think that social background checks for future employees are a good thing because employers are just trying to get clearer picture of who they are hiring.
Free speech is the right to say whatever you want. The part that is protected is the freedom to say whatever you want on the internet, when there is curse words involved. The part that isn’t protected is the part on the internet where people make fun of each other on social media accounts like twitter and facebook.
An internet troll is someone who goes on the internet for the purpose of making fun of other people and getting in fights with them.
The goals of internet trolls are to make people upset and to respond to what they are saying.
We can stop trolling by ignoring all the internet trolls.
The pros of posting anonymously online are that nobody knows who you are. The cons of posting anonymously online are that you can be perceived as a stalker because you’re anonyomous.
- My three tips to people are to be aware of what you are posting online, make sure you won’t regret anything you post in the future, and don’t say anything you will regret in teh future.

Well I asked one of my friends, what did he think of me when he sees my social media website and he said he just comes on my page to get a laugh or see how I am doing.
What would my mom say if she seen this? Is this going to get me I trouble?
Cons of sharing online is that, the person you are sharing with may say something or do something without thinking and can get you in trouble. I dont think its any pros of sharing online.
People just say whatever they want and sometimes and that can make people look at you differently.
I do think they should check they social media so they can see what kind of person they are but at the same time if they see something they don’t like doesn’t mean they don’t hire them.
Free speech is someone saying how they feel or the way they feel on something.
Internet troll is arguing or upsetting someone by posting pictures of them that are extraneous.
The goals of internet troll is to make that person or group or people mad or trying to make fun of them.
We can stop troll, if the post doesn’t have anything to do with persons page it can get delete by the person it’s about.
Pros is that nobody but you know who it is, cons are maybe the person didn’t want that to go on social media
Social Media Survival Guide
Online, I think I’m basically the same person, but a little less awkward/shy. Based on this appearance, I think people see me as funny and nice, at least that’s what people tell me, anyway. Before posting online, I like to think about whether what I’m posting is too personal or not. I like to think about if what I’m saying makes sense, or if it will offend anyone. The pros of sharing online are being able to reach a wider audience, especially if you are trying to spread an important message. Another pro would be it’s easier to able to share with all of your friends. A con would be that sometimes you make mistakes online, and they won’t ever really go away, because of permanence.
I think social media background checks by potential employers are a somewhat good idea because you wouldn’t want someone who is easily searchable to have a bad online reputation, but also I think it’s unfair to base your whole opinion of someone off of their online presence rather than how they present themselves in real life.
Free speech is a citizen’s right to be able to freely express their opinions and feelings without being censored. Things that are protected are the right to protest, the right to practice religion, the right to release press, and the right to petition. Things that aren’t protected are obscenity, fighting words, libel and slander, child pornagraphy, perjury, blackmail, and fighting words.
An internet troll is someone who intends to disrupt a conversation with and unnecessary or upsetting comment. The goals of internet trolls are to upset and rile up people in order to cause a disturbance. We can stop “trolling” by not responding to the trolls, because they feed off of people’s angry responses to their comments.
The pros of posting anonymously online are being able to post something if you’re shy without being scared of people finding out who you are or judging you. It also makes it easy for people to talk about sensitive topics without fear of people finding out who said it, which could affect their personal lives. A con definitely is that certain people take advantage of the anonymity by being rude to people because they know they cannot receive backlash since they are anonymous.
My Three Tips For Anyone Who Uses Social Media:
Think before you post - Don’t make any impulse posts, because you will probably regret it
Don’t Take Advantage of Anonymity - Don’t abuse anyone over the internet just because your identity is hidden.
Be Responsible - Don’t give out your passwords to anyone who you don’t trust 100%
Devon Defining the ever expanding internet
I would say that i am a pretty good person online because I'm responsible i make sure it's nothing explicit or offensive to anyone I mean at times I might slip up and find myself calling someone out on a picture because they said something ignorant and unintelligent to say and i will call them out on some real stuff but that's besides the point. I would like to think that people would think I'm a very independent and self righteous person who stands up for others who are being put down and told they are worthless. But the thing is i know i probably seem uptight and there's probably people who are like can he mind his business. But i think that if i have an opinion that is not gonna offend someone. I think before i act i think of these essential questions which are Am i gonna offend someone?, Do i feel comfortable with people are gonna think of when they see this?, Am i risking anything by putting this thing on the internet?
Pros
You can connect with others you haven't seen in a long time
you can learn interesting new things
you can get close to those who live in other parts of the world
Cons
-well it can be used and it sad it's a common usage to put others down
- It can cause others to become suicidal
- it can scar children emotionally and can make them depressed
-it can cause others to forget how normally communicate with others
I think that it takes certain amount of control to act appropriately online because you can willy nilly just put anything you want up there you need to be grown up and mature enough to know what is appropriate for others to look at and also what is appropriate for you to lay your eyes on. Just because you think something is right and is not that big of a deal doesn't mean society is ready to see that or be as comfortable with what you deem worthy as to being fine or appropriate. One thing you should watch out for is those employers who will ask you for your facebook or instagram account or even both and they will judge you right then and there who you really are after a real life interview or not they are gonna determine who will get a job based off of what they know from what you post on those social media platforms. I personally think it's wrong yet a good way to keep your work place having classy well adjusted people working for you because first off if you're ready to be apart of a company that pays well you need to be who you are at work and at home which means no posting illegal stuff on insta and coming to work all happy and well adjusted no. You need to be well adjusted individual at home social media and the workplace it's a tough job but it's easy yeah see. But here's some tips 1) only post the bare minimum not everyone needs to know you hate susan and are planning on jumping her come on man not cool, 2) If you wanna post and really good selfie a gun or blunt is not necessary just some good lighting and your beautiful smile and if not a smile then just a straight up model face. For score and seven years ago our for fathers gave us the freedom of speech a law allowing us to say whatever is on our mind and preach our own belief but what's tricky is what's an appropriate way to handle this type of privilege well i will help define this tricky law well it's said that freedom of speech means you have the right to say whatever you want but there limits even tho people still say them and they are still in there rights to say what they have to say. For example you can't yell FIRE in a crowded building because people may get injured even tho you can still say the word you'll get locked up for using it at the wrong times so is it really freedom of speech or not this law is really defined it feels as if it can't make up its mind of what it really is. Now let us talk about infamous internet trolls they stalk and prowl around for anyone who is way better than they are and put them down in the most harshest ways by saying the most harshest things and even tho there are people who can rub it off their shoulder internet trolls have caused a lot of people some grief and some pain even causing others to become suicidal. The main goal of these horrible internet trolls is to cause pain and gain a sense of pride in putting others down to raise their terrible self esteem. So how do we stop them you may be asking the funny thing is people get so hyped up and want to lash back at them and put them down back in their place when the correct thing to do is to just ignore them leave them as they are in their own little world trying to bring others down.
Pros of anonymously posting online
-you can give your opinion without ridicule
- if you don't really like putting yourself out there but you wanna look for help you can still get it without having trouble
-if you want to get answers you don't have to give you real name if you're a shy person about that
Cons
there can be a lot more child predator stalking
there can be inappropriate messages sent to others such as under age nudes and etc
there can be people who send anonymous messages putting down others and they never find out who it is so they do it as many times as they want and torture the person.
